• FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION:
  At our office so you can meet us and be sure that we can provide what you require.

• FULL DESIGN SERVICE:
  Most of our clients have a good idea of what they want and we use our experience to help organise ideas and thoughts into effective design. We’re more than happy to work in with your tradesmen to ensure that the final product utilises the systems they normally use.

• YOUR PLANS:
  We can’t stress enough that this is YOUR home, we have NO standard plans and design every home individually for the client to work for the site concerned. You know how you live, how you want your home to work and what’s important to you and that’s what we draw up. We’re happy to advise on layout and ideas but in the end it’s YOUR home.

• COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN:
  We use the latest in Computer Aided Design packages so that you can easily visualise your new home. We can send drawings to you in pdf form by email allowing simple communication wherever you are in New Zealand (or the World for that matter).

• RESOURCE CONSENT DRAWINGS:
  If you require resource consent as well as building consent we can arrange suitable drawings as a step in the final process.

• WORKING DRAWINGS:
  We provide you with drawings ready for your building consent application. We don’t baffle you with science but simply provide what you need.

• SPECIFICATIONS:
  We provide all the necessary specifications to ensure you receive building consent for your new building. Once again we don’t get too carried away, just provide what you need.

• ALL DRAUGHTING:
  We’re also happy to work on smaller or larger projects, alterations and additions, garages, sheds, whatever you need drawing up.

• VALUE FOR MONEY:
  It’s what we all want isn't it ? We always endeavour to produce the drawings and specifications you require at the best possible price. We are very happy for you to be involved in doing as much as you can yourselves to minimise these costs and ensure you get the best “bang for your buck”.
