Ralenti Management Limited has been providing quality building product information for over 20 years to the architectural, specifier and end user market.

At the inception of the web, Ralenti saw the value of accessibility and placed its entire database online and became the first large scale compendium web site in New Zealand.

We specialise in providing easy to access product information in the form of eco~brochures. These environmental electronic brochures provide valuable product information, product photos, company branding, links to the supplier's web sites, email, contact details and technical product information and drawings (if available online).

Our online database is backed up by an email and phone in help desk should users require any additional information.

Ralenti Management Systems for Security of Web Hosting

Our hosting system for our Ralenti pages, Style New Zealand pages and the websites we host is very thorough.

The system has 2 independent servers (computers). Information is stored on the main one, "Whiz".
The second server, a backup server, is an identical mirror server called "Kid" and it is synchronised to "Whiz" daily. This configuration of servers was chosen to provide the highest security and to have the ability to bring an-up-to date backup server on-line rapidly if required.

Ralenti's Web servers are situated in a "State-of-the-art" computer room that is highly secured, access controlled and fully air-conditioned with un-interruptible power supplies and firewalls. The MS server for secure transactions is in a similar environment.

Multiple International Feeds
All these servers have multiple international feeds that minimise the potential for single point of failure.

High Security of Backups
Backups of your website are held in 3 locations. As well as the backup server, websites are kept on our in-house computers. They are backed up in-house as they are worked on, archived on to CDs, keys and DVD disks and these are all kept in a third location.
