Ace Doors - New Zealand's leading supplier of flexible doors and supply New Zealand's widest selection of flexible PVC strip options for Ace-Flex screen doors.

Energy saving Ace-Flex screens are also used for the control of hot and cold temperatures, fumes, dust, water spray or rain, sound, screening for privacy, and for the exclusion of birds and flying insects.

1. Ace-Flex Reinforced Strips (Ribbed Both Sides)

• Strip width 200mm x 2, 300mm x 3
• Up to 15% heavier than equivalent flat strips
• Standard overlap of 50% for staggered strips - overlaps of 90% can be quoted
• 2 grades of PVC Compound
• NEW SUPERCOLD freezer strip for 0 degC to -30 degC use and for Blast Freezers
• UV grade for 0 degC to 45 degC - including chillers and ambient use
• UV strips are ultraviolet light stabilised to reduce sunlight degradation, with ribs on both sides to reduce "wear & tear" and avoid strips sticking together in wet or cold store environments

2. Ace Economy flat strips

• All are Ultraviolet Stabilised
• Sizes 100 x 1.2mm, 100 x 2mm, 200 x 2mm, 200 x 4mm, 300 x 3mm & 400 x 4mm. Some are also available in Supercold compound (freezer) grade
• All Ace screens are custom made to your requirements
