PAVSEAL™
Paving Sealer
CEMIX PAVSEAL is stain resistant eco friendly non toxic water based penetrating clear UV stable waterproofing that can be used for impregnating and sealing a wide variety of porous pavers. There is little or no impairment of the paver’s ability to breathe and exhibits a good MVTR (moisture vapour transmission rate). It can be successfully applied on damp surface dry pavers and is available in both GLOSS and MATTE finish.

Masonry Brick and Block Sealer
CEMIX BRICK & BLOCK SEALER is an eco friendly non toxic water-repellent, nonflammable water based penetrating repellent treatment that will protect concrete and masonry from water and chloride intrusion while still permitting water vapour transmission (breathability). It is a low viscosity silane system which is absorbed into the porous substrate and then reacts to produce a bonded hydrophobic lining to the pores. Ideal for sealing bricks, blocks and all types of concrete products and terracotta tiles.

CEMIX STONE SEALER is eco friendly, non toxic water-based
penetrating repellent treatment that will protect stone from oil,
water and chloride intrusion while still permitting moisture vapour
transmission (MVT). MVT allows the stone to “breathe” naturally,
reducing the possibility of mould growth, damage to the substrate or
stone discolouration. A low viscosity silane system, which is absorbed
into the porous substrate and then reacts to produce a bonded
hydrophobic lining to the pores. Ideal for sealing all types of natural
stones such as granite, limestone, marble, slate and travertine.

CEMIX TILE GROUT SEALER is a stain resistant eco friendly non toxic water based penetrating clear waterproofing sealer that can be used for impregnating and sealing of the grout. CEMIX SHOWERSEAL is an eco friendly water-based sealer which penetrates and seals the grout joint of a tiled shower and keeps the shower recess watertight. This prevents moisture traveling into the wall preventing damp problems such as mould growth. Cemix Shower Sealer prevents the grout from collecting dirt, mildew and bacteria resulting in a more hygienic environment.

CEMIX ORNAMENTAL SEALER is an eco friendly non toxic UV stable clear waterbased fast drying sealant with a clear glossy finish which resists water penetration preventing problems such as mould growth lichen etc. Cemix Ornamental Sealer prevents the substrate from collecting dirt, mildew and bacteria. It can be used for sealing bird baths, garden pots, garden ornaments, reconstituted stone and carved stone features.

CEMIX POND, TROUGH & GUTTER SEALER is a multipurpose highly flexible water based polyurethane-acrylic non toxic waterproofing membrane specially designed for sealing gutters, fish ponds, troughs and other water features. It is tough, flexible, UV stable when left exposed, eco friendly, solvent free and fast drying. It is a very user friendly product that can be brush applied and has excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates like concrete, wood, PVC and metal.

CEMIX CEMSEAL – Water based is an eco friendly non toxic penetrating repellent treatment that will protect concrete and masonry from water and chloride intrusion while still permitting water vapour transmission (breathability). It is a low viscosity silane-siloxane sealing system, which is absorbed into the porous substrate and then reacts to produce a bonded hydrophobic lining to the pores. It is Ideal for sealing bricks, blocks and all types of concrete products and terracotta tiles. Can also be used as a waterproofer for timber decks, outdoor furniture, timber wall claddings, clay roof tiles and gypsum based building materials. Not suitable for dense natural stone.

CEMIX TILE & SLATE SEALER is a semi gloss solvent based clear film forming, sealing and dust-proofing coating. Has good flexibility, is UV stable, long-lasting and will not yellow, crack or peel when properly applied. Tile and Slate Sealer has a positive penetration into the surface. Ideal for driveways, tiles, pavers, exposed aggregates and stamped concretes.

Driveway and Paving Sealer
CEMIX DRIVESEAL is a clear high build, gloss thermoplastic solution that protects and highlights the colour and texture of the underlying concrete surface. It has been developed exclusively as a drive and paving coating which is UV stable. Major uses include domestic driveways, outdoor entertainment areas, exposed aggregate finishes and also commercial applications such as building forecourts. Can be used on cobblestone, bluestone, concrete and imitation slate surfaces as well as on other high traffic surfaces requiring protection.
