FLASHGUARD-Z® - Innovative Roof Edge Flashing
FLASHGUARD-Z® is an innovative
concept in roof edge flashing, designed primarily for use with
longrun roofing profiles and pressed metal roofing tiles.

Consists of an expandable aluminium strip with a synthetic
rubber weathersealing backing which can be moulded easily
with the fingers to perfectly hug the contours of the roof
profile

No risk of damage to the roof and no special tools required
-
Compatible with Zincalume, aluminium and galvanised steel

Paintable - is etched primed ready for top coating
-
Maximum profile heights - 32mm in height
-
Sizes: 63mm width for trapezoidal and corrugated profiles
43mm width for corrugated profiles

Maintenance: yearly washing is recommended

the 15 years durability requirement of the NZ Building Act
ACRYLEAD® - Coated Lead Sheet Flashing
ACRYLEAD® is a thermo baked acrylic primer coated lead sheet
flashing to prevent rainwater entering at junctions and around
roof mounted appliances and penetrations.

The acrylic primer coating severely restricts contact of
water with the lead and its oxides, thus reducing lead entering
groundwater systems

Topcoating with conventional acrylic roof paint is recommended
-
Standard: 17kgs/m2 nominal mass; 6m rolls of 225, 240, 300,
375, 450, 600, 750 and 900mm width. Other gauges and widths
on application

Applications - custom made flashings for roof penetrations;
apron, hip, ridge, chimneys and skylights; parapet walls and
abutments. Ideal lining for valleys, gutters, roofs and wall
cladding
