Flashings and Gutters

Flashings and gutters to 8m long are manufactured to requirements from galvanised, ZINCALUME®, COLORSTEEL®, copper or stainless steel, either with or without Flashguard.

FLASHGUARD flashings

We have discontinued using lead as a soft edge for flashings and ridging and now use Flashguard, a rubberised, perforated aluminium strip welted to the parent material which is easy and fast to push into the corrugations, ensuring a neat and tidy finish.

Soft edged roof ridging
This is a 'Gull-Wing' profile available in various widths from 350-550mm total girth. Usually supplied with 45mm Flashguard to both edges - 63mm option available. Manufactured to any length required.

Roof ridging
We can make ridging in our 8m long folder, of any width, but with a folded ridge rather than a 'Gull-Wing' rounded appearance. Maximum folded length is 8m.

Barge roll flashings

These are manufactured in 3 different profiles.

• Full round barge flashings - in lengths up to maximum of 7.2m.
• New Pattern Round - roll formed to any length
• New Pattern Square Barge Flashings - roll formed to any length

Our flashings are manufactured from galvanised steel, ZINCALUME®, COLORSTEEL®, copper and stainless steel in 0.55mm BMT material; copper.

Aluminium flashings are made from 0.75mm material
